If you are at this page it is very likely that you have placed items on layaway with a business that uses LayAwayPro to manage their layaway program. When you open your layaway account, rewards program or buy a e-Gift card you were given a user id and password (or - check your e-mail for your user id and password if you gave the store your email address) To access your account management page and see your program totals, items you have on layaway, and your payment schedule click "Login to Manage Your Layaways" button above. Then:
- On the "Login For Consumers" tab enter the store number and your agreement number.
- Click "Submit"
- Click the item to see the complete history of your layaway, gift card purchases and reward point totals with that store.

Obtain specific information about a store's layaway terms before you participate in its program, such as when payments are due, how often they must they be made? What charges are involved?

Make sure you have a copy of a "written disclosure" that explains how the plan works before you sign the layaway agreement. This should include a schedule of payments, any charges for use of the program, refund and exchange policies, late fee policies, and an explanation as to whether your goods will be set aside for you or will remain in the store.
