Why do you offer a 15-day money back guarantee instead of a free trial?
In essence, our 15-day money back guarantee is almost the same as a free trial. If you choose to cancel during the trial period your credit card will be credited immediately and fully for any charges you have incurred. We want to insure that we are dedicating our time fully to businesses that are serious about their LayawayPro program. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that will sign up for a free trial with no intention of ever using the software. This drives the cost of the software higher because these people get the same great support as a business that is serious about their LayawayPro program.
I have more than one store. How am I charged?
Each location is a unique customer in our system. Therefore, each location pays the same price for the software. Because we support each location equally we don't offer volume discounts. We have priced LayawayPro to be a value for most stores regardless of sales volume. For the administrator of multiple locations, we offer an administrator control module as an optional add-on to make managing layaway for 2 or more locations easy. The administrator module is priced at a slight extra charge of $4 per location per month. Not everyone with multiple locations needs to spend the extra money on an administrator module. Just ask us about this option during the set-up and training process and we'll help you make the right decision for your business.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our service is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
Are there per user fees?
Your account allows you to configure up to10 users per license per location. If you need more users than that, please let us know and we'll try to accommodate you. Locations on average activate 3 users.
Why do you charge a $99 set-up and training fee?
The needs of each of our customers vary so our training tends to be individualized by user. We offer live training weekly as well as responsive support by real people in our real office in Bozeman, Montana. In addition, we provide you with professionally printed marketing materials to help you promote layaway to your customers. We believe the $99 charge is a tangible value and it insures that we can keep the monthly cost low.
